Role Summary We’re hiring a results-driven Marketing Specialist with strong sales/outreach experience. You will generate leads, run direct prospecting, manage relationships, and close opportunities—especially across multiple markets. Responsibilities Plan and execute lead-generation and brand-growth initiatives Assist in content creation Prospect, qualify, follow up, and convert new clients/partners Present Jobumi solutions and drive deals to close Maintain CRM, pipeline, and performance reporting Support campaigns targeting multicultural communities Requirements Marketing + sales/business development experience Strong prospecting, negotiation, and account management skills Bilingual: French, English Montréal-based; comfortable with hybrid/on-site work in studio ( Plateau Mont-Royal) Tech/startup experience is a plus Schedule & Compensation Part-time or full-time (flexible) Salary/compensation discussed based on experience (Video AI Generated for demo use)
