Jobumi Terms of Service

Each time you access or use Jobumi's online and mobile services, websites, applications, browser extensions, software, services, features, products, programs, notifications, messages, and related platform elements, you represent that you have read and understand the Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms of Service.

The platform is made available for individuals searching for employment, individuals and organizations seeking candidates or hiring information, employers publishing job openings, and organizations participating in Jobumi publisher or platform programs.

Except where stated otherwise, Jobumi does not act as an employment agency or hiring agent. Jobumi provides platform tools as an independent contractor and does not make employment decisions on behalf of employers or candidates.

If you access or use Jobumi on behalf of an employer, recruiter, publisher, or other organization, you agree to these terms for yourself and for that organization, and you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Jobumi owns the platform, applications, services, and compilations of information available through them. You may not use the platform for purposes outside the scope of your authorized candidate, employer, recruiter, publisher, or administrative activity.

Jobumi may reject, remove, or limit visibility of user content, and may disable an account or restrict access to all or part of the platform, for any reason permitted by law and without notice where appropriate.

We retain the right to remove user content or account access when we believe it protects Jobumi, platform users, hiring integrity, security, or legal compliance.

Jobumi may update these terms by posting a revised agreement through the platform or by notifying users through other reasonable means. Continued access to or use of Jobumi after those changes means you accept the updated terms.
